Never send your password, verification codes, complete card details, or mobile-billing PIN.

If you cannot access your account:

Check that you are using the same sign-in method used when creating your account
Check your internet connection
Use the password-reset option if your sign-in method supports it
Contact support if the problem continues

Avoid creating another account to resolve a purchase issue, as your learning history and access may be associated with your original account.

Please hide unrelated financial information in screenshots. Check the status of your original payment before attempting another purchase.

You can report incorrect translations, pronunciation problems, missing audio, or questions that appear to have an incorrect answer.

Include the material category, question or lesson identifier where available, and a screenshot or explanation.

For app crashes, loading problems, or audio issues, include:

Korean Tutor Plus: LKR 8 per day through mobile-phone billing.

Korean Tutor Pro: LKR 2,500 as a one-time purchase for lifetime access, subject to the entitlement described at purchase.
